Innovate. Engage. Enhance.

The rapid transformation of the global context necessitate meticulous analysis and a reassessment of the extant mechanisms governing product access to national, interregional, and global markets.

The legislative mandates and standardization documents across various echelons (ISO standards, directives, technical regulations, national standards, etc.) are integral to the facilitation of such access. These instruments exhibit variability in their legal force, procedural requisites for development, the composition of participating entities within the pertinent working groups or technical committees, review intervals, and other specifications. Nonetheless, their primary objective remains the establishment of a comprehensive array of product requirements designed to ensure consumer safety.

The multiplicity of underlying principles and methodologies employed in the formulation of these documents has prompted us to consider that a systematic comparative legal analysis could yield significant insights, both academically and in terms of offering substantial information for the advancement of regulatory frameworks.

Our extensive experience, supported by collaboration with experts from Europe, the USA, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and BRICS+ countries, equips us to convene discussion forums involving relevant stakeholders and to facilitate the development of efficacious practical solutions.
